We want you to love every piece of your “Lavish” life. To ensure the highest quality for all our customers and to protect the integrity of our design process, we have the following policies for The Boutique:

• Signature Wall Calendars: Due to the custom, large-print nature of our calendars on heavy cardstock, these items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Design Service Packages: Refunds for service packages may be requested up until the initial project meeting. Once the initial meeting has been held or the project has been officially initiated, the service fee is non-refundable.
• Physical Decor Items: For other eligible physical goods, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the packaging and product so we can provide a replacement or solution.
